1. Nature of Our Services

Brixalontyphrele provides personal, time-based aesthetic taste and visual harmony consultations. As our services are delivered in the form of consultations (in person or remote), rather than physical goods, the concept of "returns" applies primarily to cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests.

2. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, we ask that you notify us as early as possible:

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: A full refund or credit towards a future session will be provided where a fee has been paid in advance.
• Cancellations with 24–48 hours notice: A credit towards a future session will be offered. Refunds in this window are at the discretion of Brixalontyphrele.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: As the time slot has been reserved and cannot readily be filled, cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Each case will be considered on its circumstances.

3. Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule a consultation at any time, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange an alternative time. Rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice will always be accommodated where possible.

4. Refund Process

Where a refund has been agreed, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us to initiate a refund request, and include the details of your booking.

5. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a consultation, we encourage you to reach out to Brixalontyphrele directly. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to ensuring a valuable experience. Where genuine concerns are raised, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen circumstances affecting either the client or Brixalontyphrele (such as illness or emergency), we will always work toward a fair and considerate resolution. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
